Story:
The Bhootnii (2025) isn't just another horror flick—it's a blend of supernatural mystery, emotional depth, and social commentary wrapped in a chilling narrative. The film begins with the arrival of a young schoolteacher, Meera, who takes up a posting in a quiet village with a disturbing history. Plot & Direction:

Director Raghav Mehta does a commendable job of balancing horror with heart. The pacing is deliberate, slowly building tension while giving the audience time to connect with the characters and the haunting backstory. The film doesn’t rely heavily on cheap scares—instead, it uses atmosphere, silence, and symbolism to make an impact.
Performances:
The standout performance comes from the lead actress playing Meera. She carries the emotional weight of the film with a subtle yet powerful presence.
